Cut Out
Cut out the parts you will need. We cut the buttom compartment that is perfect for pencial case. Make sure there are extra inch around the area so you can sew it back.
Remove the Back
Use a seam ripper (or scissor) and carefully remove the threat holding the back, we want to reuse the back piece. If you broken it, cut another piece from the old bookbag. There should be a lot of fabric from the bookbag.
Sew or Hot Glue
Flip the case inside out to sew the back. That way, the picture side is facing out on the final product. If you dont have a sewing machine, you can use hot glue( still work but not as strong).
