-Big Crescent Wrench or a Bike Head Set Wrench

You will also need mounting hardware to be able to mount from the wheels and headset.

First take off the allen bolt on the top off the stem using an allen key. The handlebars should come off after this, take off the nut underneath it by using a crescent wrench.

now we need to shape the headset mount to fit the box. Put the mount into the vise and start bending until it is shaped the way you want, mock it up on the bike to see if it will work. 

Mount the lower brace by drilling and making two holes into the box carefully. After this bolt the lower mount onto the box and tighten it down.

Now you need to put the upper mount onto the box.

-Sand down the front of the box so that the mount has a flush area to be on. 
-Drill holes for the mount 
-Line up the holes and bolt it on
-Put it on the bike for final mounting

Steps to finish the project

-Using the crescent wrench screw the locknut back on

-Put the handlebars on by using the allen key

-Unscrew wheels bolts and put the lower brace on

-Tighten the bolts back on
