Pedestrian Bridge
My name is Luis Perez, I am 15 years old, sophomore currently attending to Dalton High School. I created a bridge concept with the goal of strengthening community connections. My challenge was to create a safe pedestrian bridge for our community. Our community would be united, and the risk of accidents would reduce. Also this can help the environment because people can walk the bridge instead of using their cars.
Supplies
Tinkercad
Brain Storm
I brain storm different ways to approach the problem by coming up with different ways to design this pedestrian bridge. I was able to come up with my bridge design.
Reasearch
During the construction process, my primary focus was on pedestrian safety. To ensure this, I designed the bridge using sturdy and resilient steel poles that surrounded the stairways an the bridge to prevent any accidents. All of these measures allowed me to create a safe and secure pedestrian bridge.
Finish Product
By creating my prototype, I gained invaluable knowledge and experience in problem-solving. It reinforced my belief that anyone can make a significant impact on their community, regardless of the size of their actions. Additionally, using tinkercad taught me new skills that I can apply in the future.
