The pedal is mechanic and is very simple to make.
STEP 1: Materials & Tools (CLAMP)

TOOLS:
- Sawing machine
- Sanding machine
- Double-sided tape
- A pair of siccors
- Screwdriver
MATERIALS:
- Multiplex plate minimum size: 500x240 mm (thickness = 10 mm)
- Iron rod 620 x diameter 10
- Anti slip material
- 16x screws ISO 7050 (13 x 2,9 )
- 4x corner pieces metal
STEP 2: Sawing of the Parts

NEEDED:
- Sawing machine
- Sanding machine
- Multiplex plate minimum size: 500x240 mm (thickness=10 mm)
WHAT TO DO?
- Saw the plate in the right dimensions
- Round the corners with the sanding machine
STEP 3: Blend the Rod

- Iron rod 620 x diameter 10
- Metal folds
WHAT TO DO?
- Blend the rod in the right dimension
STEP 4: Assemble the Parts

NEEDED:
- All the parts of the pervious steps
- 16x screws ISO 7050 (13 x 2,9 )
- 4x corner pieces metal
WHAT TO DO?
- Fasten the corners to the side plates
- Fasten one side plate to the bottom plate
- Connect the iron rod between the side plates
- Fasten the other side plate to the bottom plate
STEP 5: Cut the Anti Slip Material

NEEDED:
- Anti slip material
- A pair of scissors
WHAT TO DO?
- Take the anti slip material and draw the shape (given on the picture) at the antislip material.
- Cut the anti slip material.
STEP 6: Glue the Anti Slip Material to the Assembly

NEEDED:
- Assembly of STEP 4
- Cutted parts of STEP 5
- Double-sided tape
WHAT TO DO?
- Place double-sided tape on the bottom plate of the assembly of STEP 4, on the side shown on the picture.
- Add the anti slip material on the double-sided tape.
