This little pecan and maple rolls are perfect for a tea party or for your morning smoothie/coffee/milkshake. They have the perfect size to share with everybody at a party and are the perfect little snack after a heavy dinner.

This recipe is for 30 little rolls.

Cut your puff pastry in 3. Stretch out one of your pieces to make a long and thin rectangle. Put some flour in your table to avoid the puff pastry to stick on it.

Spread butter all over your puff pastry. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon all over it. Put your chopped pecan nuts in the center so they don't interfere when we close it.

Roll

Roll it up lengthwise using both hands to make it even. It doesn't need to be very tight so the puff pastry can grow in the oven.

Cut

Cut your roll in 10 pieces approximately. Place them in a baking tray with wax paper and make little cuts on top.

Repeat the steps with the other 2 pieces of puff pastry.

Bake and Enjoy!

Bake at 220ÂșC for 15 minutes or until the surface looks golden and crispy. When you take them out of your oven pour maple syrup all over them when they're still hot.

Crunchy and flavorful in every single bite!
