Peasant Cake.
This is a delicious apple-based cake, ideal to eat at home and share with the family.
Ingredients
600 gr apples
300 gr flour
150 gr sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetal Oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup ron
3 tbs honey
2 tsp baking poder
A pinch oficina salt

Peel and cut the apples into thin sheets. Mix with cinnamon, honey and rum.
In a bowl beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the sifted oil and flour, together with the baking powder and salt. Add to this the apples
Spread butter in a round mold of 22 cm and cover with flour. Distribute the dough in the mold evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for approximately one hour.
