Pear Tarte French Version
This is an extremely easy cake to make and the taste is just so splendide because it has a crunchy crust and nice and soft interior. The only thing is that prepare might take a while so in total to make it you will need about an hour.
Supplies
For the first mixture: 4 pears, 150g of flour, 2 eggs, 100g of sugar, 10 cl of milk, 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
For the second mixture: 160g of butter, 2 eggs, and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Utensils: a big salad bowl, 2 small bowls, a cooking whip of your choice, a knife, the cake mold, electric whip machine, 2 tablespoons, a teaspoon, a cooking scale.
First Ingredients
The first step for the mixture is to take your bowl and add 100 grams sugar, two eggs and a pinch of salt.
The Texture or Condensity
Start mixing the ingredients in your bowl until you get a bit of a liquid texture.
Adding the Baking Powder and Heating Oven
Once you have that texture slowly start to add your 150g flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Then preheat your oven to 180 Celsius or 356 Fahrenheit.
Final Ingredient for the First Mixture
Once you added the flour put the 3 tablespoons, and 10 cl of milk.
Buttering Your Mold
Next put your mixture in your mold (recommended 24cm diameter). Remember to butter up your mold and add a bit of flour before you put in your mixture.
Peeling and Seeding Pears
Then peel and seed your pears, then cut them into cubs.
Getting Ready to Put It in the Oven
Then put the pear cubs in the mold with the mixture already in.
180 Degrees Celsius for 30 Minutes
Then put your mold in your hot oven for about 30 minutes. Make sure that it is not solid but a bit liquidly once out of the oven.
Getting the Second Mixture Started
While your first mixture is cooking get started on the second one. Start by melting the 160g of butter.
Mixing in the Ingredients
Then take out your second bowl and add your 2 egg and the second part of the sugar(6 tablespoons).
Finalizing the Last Mixture
Start mixing and incorporate your melted butter in. Once you got a nice and liquid mixture stop.
Combining the Two Mixture
Then take out your first mixture out of the oven once ready and add the second mixture on top. Spread evenly everywhere.
You Cake Is Done and Beautiful
Once you have both of the mixture in the mold then put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes. When you take it out it should be golden and a bit brown.
