Ingredients and Tools

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of half and half or whole milk (125mL)
- 2 cups white granulated sugar (450g)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (5mL)
- 3/4 cup of peanut butter (195)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (milk chocolate, semi-sweet) (150g)
Tools:
- 7x11 pan or for thicker fudge use 8x8
- parchment paper
- saucepot
- wooden spoon
- spatula
Sugar and Half and Half
In a saucepot add the sugar and half and half or milk if you are using milk instead. Then place it on a stovetop and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-low heat. This will dissolve the sugar and make sure our fudge isn't grainy in texture. Once it comes to a boil allow it to cook for two minutes while stirring. Then you can remove it from the heat.
Vanilla and Peanut Butter Oh Yeah
Now add in the vanilla extract and peanut butter and stir until the peanut butter melts and the fudge becomes smooth.
Love Me Some Chocolate
Now add parchment paper to a 7x11 inch pan or 8x8 inch pan if you want the fudge to be thicker. Then spread the peanut butter mixture into the pan and spread it out. Next, while it is still hot sprinkle on the chocolate chips. You can press the chocolate chips down a little bit with the spatula. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Spread It and Chill
Now come back and spread the chocolate with a spatula or knife or something until it covers the top evenly. Then let it sit and cool completely. Once the pan has cooled you can put it in the fridge until it sets. It will take an hour or two to properly set.
Cut and Serve!
Now just lift that parchment paper and pull the fudge out of the pan and cut it up into squares. Enjoy! :)
