Peanut Butter- Brownie Pie
Step 1
Add 3/4 stick very cold unsalted butter, 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour. And 1/3 cup very cold vegetable shortening. Mix ingredients until butter is in little chunks
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and 6 to 8 teaspoons ice water
Step 3
Put dough in a plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes in fridge.
Step 4
Roll out the crust and put it in a 9-inch pie plate
Step 5
Mix 1 box of chocolate chunk brownie mix. Add peanut butter chips in the mix. Preheat oven to 350. Next pour the brownie in the crust and let it cook for about 20 minutes till brownie is done.
Step 6
Melt 1/2 bag of caramel with 2 tablespoons heavy cream over low heat till melted and then put over the brownie
