This recipe is just in time for Mother's day. You can make it if you can stir. It tastes like chocolate bars you get from a chocolate factory 2 hours away with many dollars, if not better.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup peanut butter

6 tbsp coconut oil

4 tbsp cacao powder

4 tbsp honey

1 cup almond silvered (lightly toasted)

2 egg yolk (hard boiled, mashed) (optional)

2 tbsp plant protein powder

2 pinch sea salt

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp maca powder (omit it if young children will eat it or add 1/4 tsp to half the batter in the last step)

Yields: 36 bite size servings

Into a medium glass or stainless steel bowl, scoop coconut oil and place on stove top on low heat.

Once the oils is in liquid form, spoon in peanut butter and stir until well mixed.

Stir in honey, sea salt, sift in cacao and cinnamon, stir until well mixed.

Sift in protein powder and add in egg yolk (if you use), stir until well mixed.

Add in almond silvers, stir until well distributed.

Sift in maca powder if you use it, stir until well mixed. If you have young children, skip maca powder or divide the batter in half, use half the amount maca powder in half of the batter for grown-ups.

Set the Mixture in Molds

Spoon the mixture into mold or molds you have, stick the molds in freezer overnight. That's all in it. Enjoy!
