Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

Peaches and cream ice cream is a great way to kick off a great summer day or close that warm summer night. Giving you that nice fresh summer treat is good enough to make your taste buds go wild! Here are some things you will need: 2 cups of sliced peaches 1 1/4 cup of sugar 1/2 juiced lemon 2 eggs 2 cups of cream 1 cup of milk Ice cream freezer.

Peel and slice 2 cups of peaches. In a bowl combine 1 1/4cups of sugar and the juice from 1/2 a lemon. Let sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Stir every half a hour. After two hours separate the juice from the peaches.

Beat 2 eggs till fluffy. Add 2 cups of cream and 1 cup of milk. Set aside.

Place the egg mixture and the peach juice in a ice cream maker and let freeze for 20 min. Then add peaches and let stir another 5 min. Put in a bowl and freeze overnight. Enjoy ;)
