¡Hi guys!

Today we are going to present this tutorial to make a gel alcohol dispenser, nowadays it is necessary to use.

for this we will use the program "fusion 360".

¡Go for it!

  • Software Autodesk fusion 360
  • Wifi
  • Computer i5 ryzen (Windows 10)
  • Peripherals:

- Mouse

- Keyboard

SIDE A

CARA A N.1.PNG
  • We will start by creating a sketch, we save it under the name "SIDE A". click on the icon "CREATE SKETCH" and choose the axis surface (X, Z).

CARA A NUMERO 2.png
  • Now, we use the "LINE" tool at the top. Once selected, we will begin to make a line starting from the midpoint of the plane horizontally in a clockwise direction (measure 126mm), for the second line we will go up (measure 28mm), in the third line we will go in the left direction (measure 3mm), now we will go up again (measure 28mm), and now to the right (3mm) and so on, until we reach the fifth line to be measured (28mm).

  • Now we will make a line again with the "LINE" tool, at the midpoint of the line measuring "126 mm". This line does not have a specific measure, it will only be a guide line.

CARA A N.4.png
  • Now we look for where it says "CREATE", click and then "MIRROR". There we have 2 options, "OBJECTS" and "mirror line", press "OBJECTS: SELECT” and choose the lines (28mm and 3mm) that we have created.

Those will be the lines we want to mirror.

  • Now click on "MIRROR LINE: SELECT”, and choose the guide line that we had created, and click "OK".
  • Now we will create again another guide line, at the middle point upwards (15mm measurement) and then another line to the right (12mm) and press "ESC or ENTER" on our keyboard.
  • Now we will create a rectangle with the "POINT RECTANGLE” tool at the top, as the origin point at the end of the 12mm line. (rectangle measure: height of 3mm and base of 24mm).

(to change position in the measurements and modify it press "TAB" on your keyboard).

  • Now we will use "MIRROR" to mirror the rectangle, in "OBJECTS: SELECT” we select the lines of the rectangle and for "MIRROR: LINE” we select the guide line that measures 15mm.
  • After that we will remove all the guide lines we have made and select "FINISH SKETCH”.
  • If we do not observe the rectangles, what we will do is to press the icon "EXTRUDE 1" (shape of a cube) at the bottom, right click and press "EDIT FEATURE”, select the rectangles and press "OK".

To give volume we click on "CREATE", and then on "EXTRUDE" we give it 3mm of thickness.

  • COLOR: To give color we must click on "MODIFY" at the top, then on "APPEARANCE", you choose the color you like. In this case we use "GLASS - LIGHT COLOR (BLUE)",

And put save.

SIDE B

CARA B N. 1.PNG
  • First we create the sketch, save it with the name "FACE B", press "CREATE SKETCH" and choose the axis surface (Y, Z).

CARA B N.2.png
CARA B .N 3.png
  • Now, we will use the "LINE" tool and start making a line horizontally in the right direction starting from the intersection of the 2 axes (60mm measurement).
  • The second line vertically (28mm), the third line horizontally to the right (3mm), then another vertical line (28mm), then a line to the left (3mm) and so on; when we make the fifth line measuring 28mm, we will make a horizontal line to the left (measuring 60mm).
  • Now, we will make a guide line in the middle of the last line made of 60mm (to recognize that it is the middle point, a reference triangle comes out), we will use the tool "MIRROR", then "OBJECTS: SELECT" and select the lines that we formed of 28mm and 3mm and for "MIRROR LINE: SELECT", we will select the guide line and it will reflect what we wanted.
  • We will make a vertical line upwards (measure 15mm) at the midpoint of the 60mm line at the bottom, then another horizontal line to the right (measure 10mm), another line upwards (3mm), a line to the left (20mm), a line downwards (3mm) and finally a line to the right, closing the figure formed. We will eliminate the 15mm line, since that was our guide line.
  • Then we will make a guide line in the fourth vertical line on the right side, we will put it in the middle point towards the right direction (measure of 33mm), again with the same direction we will make another line (measure of 15.75 mm).

CARA B 7.PNG
  • In order not to make a mistake we will delete the 33mm guide line, then we select "CREATE", "CIRCLE" and click on "CENTER DIAMETER CIRCLE", we will create 2 circles in each corner of the 15.75mm line (circle measure is 3mm). Finally we remove all the guide lines we already used and click on "FINISH SKETCH".
  • For the volume we select "CREATE" and click on "EXTRUDE", we will give it 3mm of thickness, (for the appearance we do the same process of the A side) and ready we save and we have our B side.

SIDE C

CARA C N.1.PNG
  • For this face we will do the same process of creating sketch, this time the axis will be (X, Y). we save it with the name "SIDE C".

CARA C N.2.PNG
CARA C N.3.png
  • We will start again using "LINE", starting from the intersection, a horizontal line direction to the right (measure of 24mm), the second line will be down (measure of 3mm), the third line to the right (measure of 24mm), the fourth line up (3mm) and so on until we reach the fifth line that has had measure of 24mm.
  • At that point a line is made upwards (20mm measurement), then a line (3mm) to the right, another line upwards (20mm measurement), another to the left (3mm) and finally a line upwards (20mm measurement).
  • Now we will create a guide line at the midpoint in the right direction of the second vertical line measuring 20mm, then use "MIRROR", click on "OBJECT: SELECT" and choose the lines that are close to the X axis (the 24mm and 3mm lines) and click on "ok".
  • We will create another guide line in the middle point upward direction, on the second horizontal line at the top (the 24mm measurement line), select "MIRROR" again, choose the column on the right side for "OBJECT: SELECT" and choose our last created guide line for "MIRROR LINE", click "OK", delete all the guide lines we have already used and press "FINISH SKETCH".

CARA C N.4. ..png
CARA C N.6.PNG
  • Press "EXTRUDE" to give it a volume of 3mm. (for the color you can choose the one you like).

Finally and to finish we click on save.

RECOMMENDATIONS

RECOMENDACIONES.png

a) If you are uncomfortable with the points, dimensions and measures on the right side there is a "SKETCH PALETTE" list where you can remove them by pressing the "show point, show dimensions and show constraints" checks.

b) When you create the guide points you can change the type of line to differentiate from the others, this can be done by going to "SKETCH PALETTE" in the "LINETYPE" part.

c) If you want to edit in your plan you can do it by going to the top left, select where it says "SKETCHES" with the right mouse click and select "EDIT SKETCH".
