Pb and J
To make a Peanut Butter and Jelly properly you need to gather all the supplies together. Bread, Peanut Butter, Jelly, a Knife and a plate.
Get the Bread Out
At this point you need to gauge how hungry you are. Do you need 1 piece of bread or two?
Close the Bread Bag Up
You don't want the bread to dry out! make sure all the air is out of the bag and the twist tie is twisted a couple times.
Open the Peanut Butter
Open the peanut butter and make sure there is enough in there for your sandwich
Get Peanut Butter on the Knife
One serving of Peanut Butter is 2 Tablespoons, so get a lot on that knife!
Spread the Peanut Butter
Start at the far edge of the peanut butter and glide in one motion to the opposite side.
Press Firmly at the End to Reduce the Amount of Peanut Butter Left on the Knife
We need all the peanut butter we can get.
Wipe the Knife on the Edge
Since you have licked the knife, you can wipe the excess peanut butter off on the inside ledge of the jar by placing the knife at an angle and pulling downwards
Clean Knife
The knife is clean and will not leave any residue in the jelly jar.
Open the Jelly
It is always nice to be the first person to use the jelly.
