Stash your dog's favorite treats in this cute and colorful paw print jar! Here's the best part: you can use Dishwasher Mod Podge on it and place in the dishwasher or rinse off in the sink!

Grab Your Materials

Here's what you'll need to make it...

  • glass jars
  • colored carstock
  • Dishwasher Mod Podge
  • Tacky Glue
  • sponge brush
  • Optional: dog inspired embellishments, including wooden shapes or stickers shaped like dogs

Make Paw Prints

To start, trace some circles on the colored card stock, cut them out, and set them aside. Then, use scissors to cut paw prints, and assemble them together on a card stock circle with Tacky Glue.

Place Paw Prints on Jar

Once the glue has dried, smear on some Dishwasher Mod Podge on the glass jar. Make sure you wash and rinse the jar first before you begin. Then, place the paw prints around the jar, adding another layer of Mod Podge on top to seal.

Decorate the Jar

You can also decorate the jar with other dog themed embellishments! You can even use an old dog collar or ribbon to glue around the jar lid. Want to make it even more eye-appealing? Use dog stickers or wooden shapes!

Just Add Dog Treats

Once the glue has dried, just add your favorite dog treats, and you're done!

Note: I actually don't have any dog treats to put in the jar, but you can actually get a visual on how this is done, and you can do that part yourself!

This makes a great addition to your kitchen when you want to share your love of eating to your furry, four-legged friends!
