Pastel Rainbow Pasta

This is completely unnecessary however that's the point. It's self care you get to spend time doing something for yourself. I made this listening to my favourite music and I recommend doing the same.

What You Need

Ingredients:

pasta

salt

food colouring

boiling water

Objects:

Sieve

Wooden spoon

Saucepan

Plastic bag

Fork

Bowl

Cooking the Pasta

Add boiling water to a pan over medium-high heat.

Twist in your pasta and salt your water.

The pasta gradually submerges

Cook for recommended time or throw it at a wall and see if it sticks (self-care)

Cooling Down the Pasta

Rinse the pasta under cold water.

Separate into however many colours/colors you wish.

Adding the Colour

In a plastic bag add the food colouring and a bit of he pasta water or any water so it can cover all the pasta.

Mix inside the bag and leave for a while

Repeat

Repeat with all your colours

Leave for a minute or two or thirty to rest and absorb the food colouring (I had a bath -self care)

Wash the Pasta

Finally rinse off any residue and your pasta is complete

Mix and Your Done

Mix your pasta and your rainbow pasta is ready to eat!
