Ingredients:
· 1-2 slices of bacon
· 1 garlic clove
· 1 can of diced tomatoes or tomato sauce
· ¼ of a whole onion
· salt and pepper (to taste)
· 4 tablespoons of vodka
· 1-2 cups of desired pasta
· 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
· Parmesan cheese

Chop/dice the garlic, onion and the bacon to
desired chunkiness.
Fry the bacon until browned. This should take about 10 minutes.
-Drain some of the oil form the pan
Mix in the diced garlic and onions into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
-After, add in vodka and wait about 3-4 minutes for the alcohol to cook out. Stir occasionally.
Mix in tomatoes, salt and pepper into the pan and leave the pan to simmer on a low heat setting for about 10 minutes.
Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil.
-When the water is boiling, put the pasta into the pot and stir occasionally.
-Cook the pasta 8-10 minutes and periodically take out a pasta piece and eat it to confirm the texture. The texture must be firm but tender to the bite.
Drain the pasta with a pasta strainer.
While the pasta is straining, add in the whipping cream to the sauce pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
After, toss the dried pasta into the pan of already prepared vodka sauce until the pasta is coated.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle with desired amount of grated parmesan cheese.
