Passive Speaker

5.jpeg

A passive speaker is a speaker that isn't electricity powered, and you can easily make it in 4 steps!

Supplies

A rectangle box, preferably cardboard (I used a 19x9x11cm cardboard box)

A black (or any dark color) marker

Scissors

Scotch/masking tape (I used clear scotch tape)

Step #1

1.jpeg

Cut the top and front parts of the box (don't throw them away!)

Step #2

3.jpeg

Flip it on its side and mark the sides of the box in the shape of a ✔️ with a flat part in the middle (like in the picture)

cut it

Step #3

tape the front of the box that we cut off in Step #1 to the middle of the (previously) bottom part.

Then tape the front of the box to the sides like it is in the picture.

Step #4

Draw a rectangle on the front side in the flat part and cut it. That's where the phone is supposed to be, so make sure it's big enough.

You can also fold the top of the box we cut off on Step #1 in a triangle like shape and tape it in front of where the phone will be (like in the picture) if you don't want it to slip

Done!
