Paper Quilling Baby Footprints

Cute quilling baby footprints design

This design can be used to decorate a greeting card for a young lady who is expecting a child or for parents to remember them the blessing they have received with each of their children.

Needed tools:

  • 4 strips of paper (20 cm/8")
  • 2 strips of paper (10 cm/4")
  • 8 strips of paper (5 cm/2")
  • glue
  • slotted tool
  • needle tool
  • circle sizer ruler
  • tweezers (optional)

Insert a strip of paper (20 cm/8") into the slotted tool.

Start rolling the paper strip.

This is a tight circle.

Remove the tight circle from the tool.

Place the coil into the Circle Sizer Ruler (Size3) and let it expand. Then take it out.

Glue the end of the strip.

Hold the loose circle between your fingers to help it glue.

Hold the loose circle between your fingers and with the other hand pinch a point on it.

This is a quilled teardrop shape.

Repeat the process until you have 4 curved teardrops.

Next, take the 2 strips of paper (10 cm/4") and create two tight circles.

These are the two tight cirles.

Use the 8 strips of paper (5 cm/2") and create eight tight circles.

Arrange the pieces as above.
