Paper Pupl LED Luminaire

This lighting fixture is equipped with advanced technology that enables it to detect emotions. Through its non contact emotion sensor the luminaire can instantly sense the mood of an individual upon entering a room. Depending on the detected emotion the light switches on a bright colour , if the person is not in a good mood it switches on a less bright or dull color , it gradually transitioning to a brighter hue over time to uplift the persons mood.

Soak the Paper





1.To make the egg packaging flexible and suitable to combine with other materials,
2.Add boiling water inside the bucket and soak it in the water for about 3 days.
3.Gather eggshells .
4.Boil the shells before crushing them with an egg crusher.
5.once the eggshells are done boiling for about 10 minutes.
6.Remove them from the stove and Put the eggshells on a bowl and crush them.
Remove the Pulp


1.Once a span of three days has transpired, extract the soaked pulp from the water and transfer it over into an unoccupied bowl where you can easily carry on with your mixing task.
2.Any excess water should be removed from the mixture.
3.Use your hands to press water from the pulp combination.
4.Make the pulp stiff , before carrying on to add boiling water in the next step
Add Hot Water

1.Achieving a soft pulp is easily accomplished by adding hot water and carefully gauging how much is required based on your specific batch size.Its important to strike a balance and avoid making it overly watery.
2.once the hot water has been poured , wait about 30 minutes for it to cool down
3.Proceed to mash the pulp using masher, mash and stir untill the pulp is soft
Add the Supplies





1.To achieve a uniform texture, thoroughly combine the coffee, tea grounds, and flour by mixing them together.
2.mixing depends on how much is your pulp , when adding the supplies , add a small bit for each supply and also make sure that it is not too much or too less.
3.Once again before adding the crushed eggshells , get rid of extra water .
4.Then continue to add the egg shells into the pulp using your hands to spread it on the whole mixture
Making a Mold and a Master









1.Using any type of wood , use glue to stick the wood together.
2.Once you stick the wood together , use the band saw to cut the wood to whatever desired case ( in this case a square)
3.Once you cut the shape out , use the disk saw to fillet the edges to give it soft edges.
4.After sanding, put the master ad then put the vacuum forming plastic on the vacuum former.
5.Heat up the plastic to about 540 degrees before beginning to vacuum form .
6.After 3 to 5 minute , vacuum form the shaped of the mould and take it out .
7.Take the master and place it somewhere safe .
8.Remove the vacuum formed plastic from the vacuum forming machine .
9.The last step involves adding the mixture of the paper pulp and exposing it to sunlight until fully dried.
Install LED Lights
Afterwards you can proceed to install your LED lights and enjoy your biodegradable smart luminaire.
