Make a Paper plane with a Simple Method.
Use an ice-cream stick or wood stick placed inside the Plane as shown in the image. this stitch helps the plane structure straight and shoot using a rubber band. Join Stick and paper plane using sellotape or fevicol. Place stick at the center of the plane and set a small part of stick outside from back. Design Plane shooter using Tinkercad.

Supplies

1>A4 size paper

2>cissor 3>Celotape 4>3D printer Access / Cardboard to make paper plane Shooter Structure. 5>Computer for design Paper Plane Shooter 6> wood Stick 4mm diameter or Icecream Stick 7>Rubber band

  1. Start design using the cube.
  2. Resize it as per the image.
  3. Use a cylinder and resize to cut the circular part inside the 1st cube.
  4. Take another cube and place it perpendicular and resize it according to need. Copy part and place it at another end of 1st part. Use cube and resize it to place on 2nd and 3rd perpendicular part.
  5. group 2nd,3rd,4th part
  6. Copy and paste the grouped part and move it to the other side of the 1st part. Now we make handles for hand grip.
  7. Select the cube and resize it according to your hand. Place it below 1st part.
  8. Select the cube and place it inside the handle part To make the handle Hollow.
  9. Add ribs inside to make the part stronger(optional).
  10. Export design file in.STL format for 3D print.

I use Ender-3 for 3D printing.Us CURA software for Slicing and making G-CODE files.

Start Printing.

Use Below Parameter for good prints.

Nozzle size: 0.4 mm

Wall Thickness: 0.8 mm

Infill: 30 %

Speed : 40 mm/s

Support: ON

Built Plate Adhesion: Brim.

Use a Rubberband to knot it on the front hole.

Place Paper Plane on Shooter pull rubber band and place paper plane on it and shoot wherever you want.
