This Instructable will show you how to make a Paper Flapper. I sort of made this project when I was holding a strip of paper and then just folded it. It made that "V" shape and I thought that this could be my first Instructable ever! It's easy and if your looking for something quick to make, this the Instructable for you.

Gather Materials

Gather the materials:

1. One piece of paper

2. A pencil

3. A ruler

4. Paper cutter

5. Rubber Cement (or any kind of glue)

6. Tape

Measure

Take you piece of paper and ruler and measure in two inches into the paper. Draw a little dash there.

Cutting

019.JPG

Using your paper cutter, cut where you drew that dash upon the paper so that you know have a two inch wide strip of paper.

1st Fold

Fold the strip of paper in half again.

Applying the Glue

023.JPG

Unfold it so that you see four quadrants. Take your glue and apply it to the first two or second two quadrants.

Pressing Down

024.JPG

Fold the strip back in half and press down firmly to make them stick.

Tape

025.JPG

Fold it back into the "V" shape and use either double sided tape or take a regular piece of tape and roll it into a circle so it is sticky on all sides and apply it to one of the outsides.

More Tape

Flip it over and apply tape to the other outside. You're finished!
