This recipe is easy to make and takes only few ingredients. It comes out very pretty and colorful and is ideal for parties - everyone can choose the fruit that they like the most!

Ingredients

This is what we need to make panna cotta:

  • 4 dl of cream
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of vanillin (or real vanilla)
  • 10 g of gelatin sheets

Put at first the gelatin sheets to soak in some cold water.

Then put the cream in a pot and add the sugar and the vanillin and warm up for about 4 minutes without boiling it.

Move away the pot from the stove and add the gelatin well squeezed from the water. Mix until the gelatin melts.

Pour the liquid in a container which is easier to pour.

Filling the Glasses

To get the nice oblique shape we need to keep the glasses tilted until the cream cools down and gets solid. To make this I put the glasses on a tray. I cut pieces of potatoes under the glasses so that they tilt a bit and don't move around.

Once you found the good position and you are sure they don't roll around when you lift them you can fill the glasses.

Put them in the fridge for about 4 hours.

Toppings

This is what I used, but of course you can change the toppings and put what you like most:

  • blue berries
  • kiwi
  • peach
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • sugar
  • rum

Fruits

Then add some lemon juice, 2 spoons of sugar and rum in each bowl of fruit. mix and let soak for a while. Now you are ready to fill the glasses!

Yummy!
