First, measure 1 cup of instant pancake mix and added to the bowl. Then crack one egg at room temperature and add 3/4 cup of 2% milk. After the ingredients are added, make sure to incorporate them using a whisk. Mix until the batter is smooth and that you can notice no lumps.

After you finish mixing, cut a small piece of butter and drop it into the pan. Quickly pick up the pan by the handle and turn it around slowly so the butter spreads evenly. Because of this, make sure that you quickly begin to add small portions of the pancake mix into the pot.

Right after you have let the batter into the pan, add around 4-5 blueberries on top of the batter. Let it sit for 7 minutes. Once it begins to bubble and make holes, quickly flip it and let it cool. Once it sizzles, grab your spatula and flip it over to a plate. Then, continue to add more batter to the pan to get more delicious pancakes. Remember that you can make seven big pancakes!
