Pancake Keto Cereal

welcome to my favorite keto pancakes recipe, this time we will prepare them as a rich cereal to enjoy with milk and your favorite toppings
Supplies

These are the ingredients we need for two servings
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 tablespoons almond or coconut milk
- 2 butter spoons
- 1 tablespoon of monk fruit
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup of coconut flour









Place the 4 eggs in a bowl and beat until they are white and double in size, add the vanilla and milk and mix, add the melted butter and the rest of the ingredients until integrated, let the dough rest for 5 minutes until it has a slightly thicker consistency




after resting it is time to prepare our mini pancakes, put butter in a non-stick pan over low heat and cook many mini panckakes on both sides and place in a bowl to prepare our cereal







now we are going to decorate I add fresh keto firendly strawberry jam, butter and a bit of fresh basil to decorate, add cold milk and enjoy your keto panckake cereal
