First of all, I must apologise for my English, I come from Spain but I'll do my best to make myself clear enough, so you can degust this amazing, jugosa, apetitosa, sabrosa, olorosa, wonderful pizza.

Here comes the best PanPizza ever from the old Europe!!

PanPizza is a homemade creation, and my main intention here is having parents and children share this cooking moment thanks to my recipe. It's a very fast and easy recipe to cook and it's very tasty. Perfect as the snack!

This is my first instructable, and we will cook this pizza with four portions but it's up to you if you cook only one portion for yourself or more than four portions for the family or friends. You can give it your own style and even your own shape if you cut it intro triangles instead.

Children and adults will love this :)

Why don't we give it a try? ¡Vamos, vamos!

Let's get ready!

Supplies

1. Eight sliced breads.

2. Small onion.

3. Ham.

4. Cheese (Your choice: Mozzarella/Parmesan/Cheddar).

5. Tomato sauce.

6. Oregano.

7. Two Eggs.

8. 1/2 Sweet red pepper.

9. Four zucchini slices.

Beat the Eggs (Rythmn & Blues)...

Once you have all the ingredients at a hand, you'll be ready to work. The first thing you're going to do is to beat the eggs for about two minutes... it's important to remove all the rests which you won't need anymore ;)

Spread the Eggs Mixture (Picasso Brush Movement)...

2020_05_13_IMG_1815.JPG

Before you put the four sliced breads in the oven tray, cover it with the baking paper (I didn't have any, so I used aluminium instead). Then spread the eggs mixture with the cooking brush, do it gently in each one of the slices. Save the rest of the mixture for later...

Cheese Moment (First Round)...

In this moment you will cover the slices with cheese. The choice of the cheese depends on your personal taste (you can use mozzarella which is typical for pizza because it melts faster, or cheddar or Parmesan which are very tasty). Remember to cover all the slices with cheese.

Ham Moment (Only Round)...

Now you need to cut the ham into small bits. Once the ham is cut, you need to put the ham on the top of the slices... It's much better if you leave the ham bits all over the slices with cheese, very well distributed...

Sweetcorn Moment...

Now it's time to disperse the sweetcorn very well over the four sliced bread. Make sure it is well distribuited because it will give out to this recipe a very nice final flavour... also the chewing sensation is very nice for your palate.

Tomato Sauce Moment...

Take four more sliced breads and put them on the top of the previous ones. Now you need to spread gently the tomato sauce over each one of the slices. The more amount of tomato sauce you add the more tasty will be....

Eggs Mixture Moment (Second Round)...

Once you have all the top slices correctly placed, you're going to spread the rest of the eggs mixture until it's finished. Make sure you distribute the mixture over the edges as well...

Cheese Moment (Second Round)...

Put the four final cheese slices on the top of the breads. This recipe is about 95% finished!!!

Onion Moment...

The flavour of the onion is very particular, make sure everyone in your family love it!

Cut the small onion into small bits and spread the onion on the top of the sliced breads.

Sweet Red Pepper Moment...

In order to put the sweet red pepper onto the bread slices, you need to cut it into pieces. I decided to decorate it, it looks like letters or numbers of a calculator, but I just put them to cover almost every part of the sliced breads... the final color the sweet red pepper leaves is just beautiful...

Zucchini Moment...

Zucchini gives the PanPizza a different taste, very nice for my palate. I loved it! Cut four zucchini slices and put each one of them on the stop of the breads...

Oregano Moment...

If there is an idea we can share, is that oregano is much more than a condiment. The smell of it, the favour it can give to food... makes it a very complete condiment for almost any kind of food. It even has fiber, iron, manganese, vitamin E, iron, calcium, omega fatty acids, manganese and it is rich in vitamines.

We can add oregano to our Panpizza now to give that final extra flavour before we start baking. Yay!!!!

Oven Moment...

2020_05_13_IMG_1874.JPG

Pre-heat the oven for about 15 minutes to 180 degrees and put the oven tray with the PanPizza inside. I recommend you, if your oven is not ventilated, cook the PanPizza on the bottom; on the contrary, if it is ventilated cook at the center of the oven. Cook the PanPizza at 160 degrees during 15-20 minutes. Once the top cheese has melted and the zucchini is cooked, we're done!!

Delicious Hot & Chewy PanPizza!!

Once it's baked, take the PanPizza out of the oven and switch it off :) Make sure you use the right mittens so you won't burn.

Take it out of the oven tray and put the PanPizza on the serving plate.

Tasty Final Moment...

Your PanPizza as snack is ready!!

Cut two triangles, you will see the cheese melting in the inside, mixing the cheese flavour with the rest of the ingredients, from the inside and the outside.
