Hi. I found an old book case that opens up
And closes on a hinge.
Decided it could be a nice ‘roll out roll away’ bar

I first of all broke down 4 euro pallets using a pallet bar. Sorry forgot photos
Then messed around with placement
I screwed each board from the inside off the box out as i didn want to see screws

Next off i sandes using a belt sander with 40 then 80 grit then usued the mouse sander with 120 and burned with a blow lamp for effect

Next i fitted new castors and LEDS underneath

I originally wanted to do the name in epoxy but cutting out the name was more hassle than what it was worth so i painted instead.
I found a font i liked online and projected it on the wood then traced over it
Then i covered in masking tape and cut out my markings. I used volkwagon red paint which i think really works well on the wood

Next i sourced a lovely piece of redwood from a local mill. 4hrs off sanding from 40 upto 240 then i applied 5 coats off clear varnish.
I might still yet do a clear epoxy coat on top. Undecided.
Finally added the beer and spirits and coated in a clear varnish coat
Very easy to do.
Done over a month or so at the weekend for a few hrs
