Ingredients:

• Rice
• Shrimp
• Squid
• Octopus
• Fish
• Chicken
• Clams
• Crab
• Mussels
• Sausage
• Chili pepper
• Carrot
• Garlic
• Onion
• Pea
• Green bean
• White wine
• Olives
• Capers
• Pork
• Egg
• Parsley

Procedure:

Put 1 cup of olive oil in a paellero over medium-high heat. When hot, add the chopped onion and garlic. Then, when the onion and the garlic are spongy mix the chili pepper, carrot, peas and green bean. Later on, add the rice and sprinkle with salt and saffron. Add white wine, water, olives and capers. Then, we add the shrimps, crab, squid, chicken, pork, clams, mussels, octopus, sausage and fried chicken. 30 minutes later, the paella is done and we add chili pepper, egg and parsley for decoration.


Lemonade

Ingredients:

• Lemon
• Sugar
• Water
• Ice

Procedure:

Put 1 Jar full of water, then you have to put one cup of sugar, later on you have to add lemon juice, and then you have to mix until the Lemonade have the perfect flavor, if is necessary or if you like you can put more sugar or lemon juice, to make the Lemonade in the exact point, then you can add some ice cubs or put it into the refrigerator, so the Lemonade is ready to drink it.


Jamaica

Ingredients:

• Jamaica Plant
• Sugar
• Water
• Ice

Procedure:

First put a cup of water in a pot and put the Jamaica plant and cook it, wait until the extracted juice get cold, then put water in a jar and add sugar, then add the extracted juice of Jamaica plant and scramble it.


Cocadas

Ingredients:

• Coconut
• Vanilla
• Condensed milk
• Salt

Procedure:

First, you grease the pyrex where you’re going to put the cocadas. Next, we take a bowl and put all he ingredients there. We need to mix first: 1 1/3 cup of condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Second, we need to mix the 3 cups of coconut with half teaspoon of vanilla with the other ingredients. Third, we start to make little bowls of our mix and put them in the pyrex. Finally, we put the pyrex with the cocadas in to the oven at 350 Fº for 10 minuts and then, we got our cocadas.
