PVC Pipe Shelf

PVC pipe is a great building material. It is cheap and has many uses, like making a supercool shelf.

Materials

Materials
1. 10 feet of 2" diameter PVC pipe
2. 2 L shaped 2" PVC pipe connector joints
3. Six bolts (size doesn't matter a ton)
4. Six nuts

Tools
1. Drill and drill bits
2. Hack saw
3. Marker (not necessary but helps)
4. Measuring device

WARNING: be very careful with tools as they can hurt you, make sure you have adult supervision at all times.

Cut the Pipe

The first piece to cut is the main part of the shelf where you set objects on. Cut 3 2 for pieces. The second part are the parts that connect the shelf to the wall. You will need 2 7 inch pieces and 2 6 inch pieces

Line Up the Main Piece

Line up the three 2 foot parts along the two 7 inch pieces. Make a dot with the marker in each point of contact.

Drill and Bolt Together

Drill a hole on each of the dots and feed a bolt through on each spot.

Add the Part to Hang It

Attach one end of the PVC pipe connector to the shelf and to one of the 6 inch pieces of PVC pipe, do this on both sides.
