Materials:

Wood

PVC Pipe

L 90degree elbow

T Standard Tee

PVC cement

Draw A draft Before Work

Figure out how wide your books are and draw out your idea.

Measure It Out

Measure and cut those 20 pipes out.

Putting It Together

Build it once before you use PVC cement to fix the fittings and pipes.

Measure the Wood

After you finished the bookshelf frame, put it on the wood and draw out how big is the bottom part. Don't forget to mark down the four concaves too.

Cut Out the Wood

Cut out the rectangle and the concaves with jigsaw tool.

Put the wood and the PVC frame together and you should end up with something that looks like this.
