Measure the height, width, and length of your largest dog
Use the height for how tall the bed will be

Cut the PVC pipes to the measurements of your dog
You need 4 x the three measurements
That is 8 pipes in total
Glue the pipes and angles with 4 angles at the top at each corner
Glue the same at the bottom
Do not glue the four pipes that hold the top frame
That is optional if you want it to be detachable

Clothe

Make sure the frame is big enough for your dogs
Place fabric only on the 2nd level
Poke holes in the clothe and zip tie the fabric and pipe together

Put blankets and pillows on the levels to make your dogs comfortable
Don't forget to put the smaller dog on the top level
