How to Make the Cup Holder
PVC pipe fitting:
Create two circles on the top plane, one within the other
Inside circle d=1.0625
Outside circle d=1.3125
select sketch and go to features
extrude 2in.
Top part:
One circle on top of the fitting
d=4in.
extrude sketch 3in.
select the of the extruded piece
make a circle d=3.75in.
extrude cut the inner circle 2.5in. downward
select the top of the cup holder
enter top view
select sketch center rectangle
from the origin, follow a dotted line to the edge of the cup
click and drag a rectangle, .5in. x 1.8in.
extrude cut rectangle 2.5in. downward
Create two circles on the top plane, one within the other

Top part:
One circle on top of the fitting
d=4in.
extrude sketch 3in.
select the of the extruded piece
make a circle d=3.75in.
extrude cut the inner circle 2.5in. downward
select the top of the cup holder
enter top view
select sketch center rectangle
from the origin, follow a dotted line to the edge of the cup
click and drag a rectangle, .5in. x 1.8in.
extrude cut rectangle 2.5in. downward
How to Bend PVC
For this project I used PVC Bend It (http://www.pvcbendit.com) to bend my PVC. To use the PVC bend it I recommend inserting the PVC pipe on to the PVC Bend It and leaving it there for 5 minutes. Rotate every 30 seconds to prevent the PVC from burning. Once the timer stops, remove the pipe (WITH GLOVES!!!) and bend to the desired angle (don't worry about length, PVC can always be cut) then cool using a cloth that is wet with cold water.
Sub Assembly 1
Start at the top with 1 45degree elbow then build down by adding one 7in. PVC pipe
Add a tee to that
On the inside part of the tee add a 3in piece of PVC with a 45degree elbow at the end
Then on the tee add one 7in. PVC pipe
then add a tee side outlet
then add a 12in. PVC pipe
from there add a Tee side outlet
then, continuing to build down, add a 14in. PVC pipe
then add another tee side outlet
from there add a 4in. PVC pipe
then add a 90degree elbow.
The rod that was just built will act the back left part of the back rest.
Now, building outward, attach one 18in. PVC pipe to the 90degree elbow,
add another 90degree elbow to the other end of the 18in. PVC pipe,
now building up, add a 4in. PVC pipe to the 90degree elbow
then add a tee side outlet
then add a 14in. PVC pipe
then add another tee side outlet
then add a 12in. PVC pipe
then add a 90degree elbow
put a 3in. PVC pipe into the 90degree elbow
Add a tee to that
On the inside part of the tee add a 3in piece of PVC with a 45degree elbow at the end
Then on the tee add one 7in. PVC pipe
then add a tee side outlet
then add a 12in. PVC pipe
from there add a Tee side outlet
then, continuing to build down, add a 14in. PVC pipe
then add another tee side outlet
from there add a 4in. PVC pipe
then add a 90degree elbow.
The rod that was just built will act the back left part of the back rest.
Now, building outward, attach one 18in. PVC pipe to the 90degree elbow,
add another 90degree elbow to the other end of the 18in. PVC pipe,
now building up, add a 4in. PVC pipe to the 90degree elbow
then add a tee side outlet
then add a 14in. PVC pipe
then add another tee side outlet
then add a 12in. PVC pipe
then add a 90degree elbow
put a 3in. PVC pipe into the 90degree elbow
Sub Assembly 2
Sub assembly 2 is very similar to sub assembly 1, the only difference is that on the top of the shorter there is a tee joint with a 45degree elbow pointing inward and all of the tee joints and tee side outlets are rotated so they face the other sub assembly.
Connecting the Bottom
Attach three 3.75in PVC pipe pieces together using two tee joints, repeat once more. Now connect the front of the sub assemblies and the back of the sub assemblies together using these pieces. Then use two 18in PVC pipe pieces to connect these together across the design.
Attaching Bent PVC
Insert the bent PVC across each sub assembly, insert each end into the respective 45degree elbows
Making the Seat
Attach one piece of 18in PVC across the seat area per tee or tee side outlet (there should be 3)
