Flash Drive in a Memory Card (PS2)
This Instructable is about how to put a usb flash drive into a Memory Card's case. It isn't very hard and so it won't take you more than about 15 Minutes. This is my first Instructable, so please let me know what you think about it!
Opening the Memory Card
For this little project you'll need:
1 Memory Card
2 Flash Drive
3 Screwdriver or knife
4 Dremel or a rasp
5 Sticky tape
At first you have to remove those tiny screws on the backside of your Memory Card to open it. If you don't have a fitting screwdriver just use a knife or something else.

Arrangements to Fit the Flash Drive
After opening your Memory Card remove the memory unit of your Memory Card. Now you will see that their are some obstacles which you have to "dremel" (or to rasp) away.
Finishing the Project
Now remove the flash drive from its case and fit it into the Memory Card. Fix it with some sticky tape and put the two parts of the new case together again. That's it!
