PORTABLE PINCUSHION

This is a useful pincushion for when you need to bring your sewing projects with you.
YOU NEED

MATERIALS:
-a surprise plastic egg;
-a scrap piece of fabric.
TOOLS:
-scissors;
-all purpose glue.
CUT THE FABRIC

Cut a long narrow stripe of fabric.
It should be really long (depending on how big your surprise plastic egg is), and tall the double of the high of the bottom part of the plastic egg.
FOLD

Fold it in half lengthwise.
ROLL

Roll it up.
TRY

Try if it fit well your plastic egg. If is too big, just cut a piece of it away.
GLUE

Pace some glue on the bottom of the plastic egg.
PLACE FABRIC

Insert your fabric roll in the egg, and push it down well. It should arrive about at the edge of the half plastic egg.
PIN IT

Just place your pins and needles inside.
PLACE TOP

Place the top on. Ready to put in your sewing bag!

It stand up by itself, as the bottom part is way heavier than the top one.
