PCB PRINTING WİTH ACID
It is very expensive to manufacture a printed circuit board in the factory, so I will show you a method by which you can manufacture it cheaply at home.
Supplies
hydrogen peroxide
muriatic acid
copper plaque
pcb design ability
iron
pnp paper
Pnp Paper Preparation
ilk öncelikle kullanacağınız pcb tasarımı pnp kağıda lazer yazıcı ile bastırmalısınız(lazer yazıcı olması şarttır)
Copper Print
Then you should determine the dimensions of the copper plate you want to use and heat it up with an iron. then you should determine the dimensions of the copper plate you want to use and heat it up a little with an iron and put it on the pnp paper you prepared in the previous step and press it (approximately 3 minutes)
Solution Preparation
some muriatic acid and 1/3 of hydrogen peroxide (you can use nine percent hair remover for hydrogen peroxide )
Last Step
throw the copper you prepared into the solution and shake it until the solution is too green. Then you can wash the copper plate that is ready for use :D
