PAPER LANTERN

A DECORATIVE SHADE FOR A CANDLE OR TEA LIGHT

Scissors ,tape(double sided is best but you could triple over other tape) , one sheet of A4 printer paper

Fold paper length ways and have the fold towards you ready for the next step

make some cuts from te fold inwards ,spaced evenly apart.
continue until near the edge of the paper.

Unfold paper and fan round
Overelap edges ,with tape in between

Stand it up ,you can put it over a small candle should you wish
ENSURE FLAME IS SMALL SO AS NOT TO SET PAPER ON FIRE
