Clean the laser cutter marks from the OHP sheet using a cloth, water and some soap. Dry the OHP sheet with a clean cloth. Align the Vinyl sheet with the OHP sheet using the reference holes at the top and bottom. Then slowly peel and stick the Vinyl sheet onto the OHP sheet.

Using the band saw cut a slit into the PVC pipes. Then clamp the pipes in a vice to flatten the central and the side parts of the pipe. Mark holes using the cut OHP sheet. Then using a drill and a 6 mm drill bit, drill holes at the marked places. Then turn the pipe around so the slit is at the bottom and mark holes at the two sides on top. Drill holes through the 2 marked holes using an 8 mm drill bit.

Add Some Colour

Spray the PVC pipes with primer and let them dry for 3 hours. Then spray the PVC pipes with white paint. Dye the thread in a container with either turquoise or yellow dye for about an hour. Remove the thread, wash and let it dry for about 3 hours.

Align the holes of the OHP sheet with the holes on the PVC pipe by sliding it through the slit. Insert nuts into all three of the holes. Pass the thread through the hole on top and around the nut and out of the top hole again. Tie a knot on top to secure it Do the same on the other side. Secure the nuts with bolts. Align the other PVC pipe at the holes at the bottom of the OHP sheet by passing the OHP sheet through the slit. Secure it with nuts and bolts as well.

How to Use It

Always start from the bottom right corner of the first unit in the grid. Align the top left corner of the sheet with the slit and slide the corner into the slit. Do this for all 4 corners. Your sheet is now secure!

This 'P(A)INLESS' board can accommodate A3, A4, A5, and A6 paper sizes in both the vertical and horizontal orientation. It can also be rolled up with the papers inside and carried around. The board can be tied to any two points using the threads at the two sides.

Well, Its time to go P(A)INLESS!
