Oxtails

I prepared oxtails for my family today. I'm going to explain how I make my oxtails. Some people might prepare theirs different. Here is my version. Hope you enjoy!

Supplies

Here is a list of supplies I used:

Searing pan

seasonings

Knife

Cutting Board

Foil

13 inch x 9 glass baking dish

Clean Oxtails

First, I put my oxtails in a bowl of water with salt. I let them sit for 5 minutes and i rinse them real good.

Season the Oxtails

I seasoned my oxtails with:

garlic salt

slap your mama season salt

cayenne pepper

worcestershire sauce

bell peppers

onions

Let Oxtails Marinate in Refrigerator Overnight

I put my oxtails in the refrigerator covered overnight to marinate the seasonings.

Pan Sear

After my oxtails has marinated overnight, I pan sear my oxtails before putting them in the oven to bake

Put in Oven

Finally, I preheat my oven at 350 degrees. I spray my baking dish with cooking oil, place the oxtails in there and cover with foil. I bake mine until they are tender. But you can bake them to your desire.
