Overnight Oats

I get up in the morning, take a shower, do my make-up, do my hair, get dressed, grab my stuff and run out the door. But wait, I think I forgot something. Why do I feel so tired and grumpy? That's right, I forgot a decent breakfast. Well here is the healthiest solution for never ever skipping breakfast again! I eat overnight oats in the morning. Just make it before you go to bed. This way, you don't have the work of making oats in the morning and it tastes so good because the flavours have time to mix all night!

Ingredients

It's so easy! Put all the ingredients in a glass jar, give it a little shake and put it in the fridge. Now have a good night sleep en the next morning you have a delicious breakfast waiting for you. Super healthy and it keeps me full the entire morning. No snacking 'til lunch! If you don't have time to eat it at home, just grab it for take out.
