These ribs are SUPER easy to make, and WELL worth the effort!

Here is what you are going to need:

A rack of pork ribs

An oven

2 glass (or metal) cake pans (unless you just do a half rack.)

Bar B Q sauce (we make our own, our go to recipe follows:)

2/3 cup Ketchup

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 TSP chipoltle

2tsp Liqiud Smoke

1/2 cup honey

2tsp dry mustard

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

2 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

2 tblsp garlic powder

2 tsp thyme

2 tsp chili powder (make your own, it is WAY better than the store bought stuff, if you want a recipe let me know in the comments, I would be glad to share my recipe)

2 tsp cayanne (omit if you don't like a little heat)

1/2 tsp onion powder

Mix all ingredients into a 2 quart sauce pan, stirring over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.

Pour finished Bar B Q sauce over your rack of ribs, (meaty side down) and back in the oven at 300° for 2 hours. These ribs are so tender they will just about fall off the bones.

Enjoy!! Thank you for checking out my instructable, and please post in the comments with how yours turn out if you make them, I assure you, it is WELL worth it!
