Cut the Potatoes
Cut the potatoes into small pieces of similar size.
Cut lines on top of the pieces with the knife
Condiment at will.
Cook for around 35 minutes in the oven at ~220°C
To make sure they are propperly cooked, try to cut it with the knife and when it is not hard anymore, is perfect to eat!
