Wash the potatoes, and remove and parts that are damaged, or gross looking. Then chop in half, and half that half, then cut into about 6-8 pieces and add to the pan with the chicken. Pre heat the oven at this time.

Stuff the Chicken and Season.

After chopping the potatoes, place them around the chicken and also stuff some into the cavity that had the organs, oh yeah, you may want to remove that stuff if you haven't already.

I prefer to place the chicken breast down tail up, but that's just me. Haha

It does serve a purpose besides a weird chicken joke, and that is keeping the breast moist....

Now bake the chicken for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 or more.

Cook Your Broccoli

Cut off the stocks, and place them on a cookie sheet, oil and season, then bake for 5 minutes at 350

Enjoy Your Dinner

Its a good idea to at least let the chicken cool a little before going ape shit and tearing t apart. So, after this time, remove whatever part you want to eat, and put it all on a plate.

Use a fork, and eat like a human.
