When I say "15 minutes" I mean 15 minutes. The hardest part is definitely acquiring a good pallet with closely fit boards. But once you've laid your hands on one, the project is a breeze!
A note on choosing a pallet: make sure you are using a pallet that is safe. Some pallets have been treated with chemicals that have since been banned in certain countries. What You'll Need:
- Pallet
- 8 foot 4"x4"
- Polyurethane
- Some outdoor screws
- Miter saw and Drill
Cut Four 18" Legs

Cut four 18" segments out of the 4"x4". I wanted this table to be low to ground so people can sit on it or rest their legs on it. If you want a standing table, then adjust the length of the legs accordingly.
Attach the Legs

Flip the pallet upside down and place an 18" 4"x4" in each corner. Screw at least two 2 1/2" screws through the 2"x4" into each 4"x4" legs. Make sure that you are using outdoor screws otherwise they will rust off.
Seal the Deal

I used some left over polyurethane to seal the table. It wasn't technically outdoor polyurethane, but it should do the trick. I really like the way that the polyurethane brought out the different colors in the wood! I hope you enjoyed and are a little bit more inspired to go make something awesome! Thanks for stopping by :D
