Outdoor Ice Candle Holder

     Are you looking for an inexpensive creative way to decorate your porch?  Outdoor Ice Candle Holders are here now!  In this instuctable you will learn how to make an Ice Candle Holder, perfect for Valentine's Day. 

Getting Started

For this project you will need:
    *A 2-liter Bottle 
    *A 0.5 liter water bottle 
    *Water
    *Rocks
    *Thick pink and red construction paper
    *A Freezer
    *Scissors
    * Heart stickers (optional)

Insert

Put the 0.5 liter bottle in the 2 liter bottle, and place rocks into the .5 liter bottle.

Cut

Cut hearts out of the paper.  To make it like mine, cut hearts of the same size. Make sure that they aren't too small, or it won't work.

Water

Put some water in the space between the bottles, depending on where you want the hearts.

Adding Hearts

Make sure the hearts are wet, then press them against on the inside of the 2-liter bottle. Check to make sure that there aren't any airbubbles. The tips of the hearts should be in the water. Place in the freezer overnight.

Add More Water

Pour another layer on, and place back in the freezer.

Add Even More Water

You may add a larger amount of water and place back in the freezer.

Water

Fill with water to the top

Add Hearts on the Top (optional)

If you would like, you can add hearts on the top.Place the hearts, sticky side down, on the surface of the water. DO NOT DUNK THEM. Last but not least, your favorite step-put it in the freezer.
