Ottoman Footstool

Supplies:
32" x 16" - 3/4" Plywood (x1)
20" x 18" - 1/2" Plywood (x1)
16" x 16" - 4" Thick Cushion
45" x 60" Poly-Fit Low-Loft Batting
Wood Glue
50" x 32" Fabric
4 Wheels

Step 1: Cut 16x16 Boards From ¾ Plywood

Using a saw take 3/4 plywood and cut two 18x18 pieces. Draw two lines from each corner to find the middle of the board. Measure 7 1/2 from the center of the cross and draw a circle.
Do this for both of the 18x18 boards.
Step 2: Using a Jig Saw Cut the 15 Round Discs

Following the pencil marks with a jig saw cut out the circles.
Step 3: Cut the 2x9 Side Pieces
Take 1/2 plywood and cut out 20 pieces of 2x9 each.
Step 4: Connect the Side Pieces to the Bottom Disc

By using wood glue and a nail gun attach the 2x9 pieces to the round piece.
Step 5: Attached the Side Piece to the Top Piece

After attaching all of the 2x9 pieces to the bottom round piece, then with wood glue and the nail gun attach the upper piece.
Step 6: Set the Foam Cushion on Top and Wrap With the Quilt Batting
Take the Poly-Fit Low-Loft Batting wrap around the ottoman frame and staple it into the wood. Then take 4 thick foam cushion and cut it 1 in larger than the top.
Step 7: Wrapping With Fabric
Take a large t-shirt wrap it around the footstool, staple the bottom and sew the remaining to keep the foam cushion in place.
Step 8: Sew the Fabric That Goes Outside the Footstool

For the exterior fabric cut one round pieces at 19" in diameter and one piece at 16"x50". After you have the fabric pieces go ahead and pin it together before sewing. Sew the 50" long piece to the top round 19" piece.
Step 9: the Finishing Touch

After everything is sewn, slide the outer fabric over the footstool. Now turn it upside down staple the fabric on the side down then drill the wheels on. when done give it a haircut so the fur won't get caught on the wheels.
You are done with the Ottoman Footstool!!
