Origami Swamp (Save the Earth!)

This piece of Origami me and my friend made was made to be used as a symbol of something peaceful and something that should resemble what the Earth should be like. It is a message to everyone who sees that they should protect the Earth and everything in it.

The supplies you will need is a lot of paper, tape and some hot glue it is not that much.

For this step you need 2 large blue pieces of paper, hot glue, tape and 4 pieces of green paper, you can make the land look like anything you want we just made it this because we thought it looked good. Make sure to make the land look creative and fun not just a bunch of squares and rectangles.

Using this step by step image of a how to create a swan, we created three swans by using three pieces of white paper, one bigger than the other two so that way you can have one big one and two small ones. Make sure to hot glue your swans to the paper because we found that they are not very good at standing up by themselves.

For this step we followed this step by step on how to create an origami turtle. We used two big pieces of paper to create the first big ones, and then we used a really tiny piece of paper to make a small one almost as if it were the baby and the other ones were its parents.

For this step we followed the step b step on how to create an origami lily pad. We created two lily pads and in our next step you will learn how to make the lotus flower that goes on top of the lily pads.

In this step we created the lotus flower by following the step by step. We created two of them, one for each lily pad. Instead of regular paper we used tissue paper to make it easier to make all of the folds this flower requires.

In this step we followed the step by step to making an origami tree. To make our trees we stacked up four layers of these on top of each other that way it would look better and have better texture. For one of the trees we used three different colored greens and on the other tree we used pink to make it look like a cherry blossom tree. And for the final tree we also used green but used bigger paper to make the tree much bigger than the others.

During this step we created one purple frog by following this step by step instruction. We created one frog and put spots on its back to make it look more creative.

Now that you have all of the animals and objects you can place them anywhere you want on your land making it is a creative and fun as you would like! Hope you had as much fun as me and my friend did making this.
