Origami Samurai Hat That You Can Wear

All the pictures are not to scale

• 12 sheets of paper
• tape or stapler
• things to color it with (optional)

Layout 12 sheets of paper in a 3 x 4 rectangle on a flat surface. Then tape or staple them together. I tape them in groups then tape the groups together you don't have to do it this way but i find it easier to do in groups.

Bring one of the corners of your rectangle and bring it to the opposite corner to make a triangle. Once you have that triangle cut off any extra paper you have on the side to make it a triangle.

now bring one of the corners to the middle one. Then do the same to the other side so you have something that looks like this.

Now bring the top 2 corners to the top.

Now folded the top corners till it looks like this.

Fold the seconded corner halfway to the so it looks similar to this.

Fold the bottom of the triangle to match with the other part till it is all even.

Finally, fold the bottom into the hat. you can tape down all the parts or color it if wanted. You can even use colored paper if you want. Then wear or put up for decoration
