Origami Jumping Frog

You will need one sheet of origami paper for this frog. I am using a cut piece of a4 paper (printer paper,11by81/2 inches)

Fold diagonally both ways making an X

Turn over and fold in half horizontally.

Using the folds you just made,collapse the two sides.

Fold up the bottom tip of the top layer only to the top.Do this on both sides.

Fold in the sides of the triangles you just made to make a kite shape.

Fold the inside of the kite to the outside and flip over.

Fold the outside edge to the center instead of the bottom.

Fold the inside to the outside.

Flip over and fold the top point to the bottom edge.

Flip over and fold the bottom edge to the top.

Flip over for the last time and hold then release to make your froggy friend jump!
