Wanna be a fortune teller for the night?

With this super easy tutorial you can make that dream come true!

I used to make these all the time, each one was unique and special. You can make it as I show or you can add you own little touch (with stickers, glitter, colorful paper and drawings)!

You can also write funny jokes that will make everyone laugh :)

So what are you waiting for? Grab some paper and pens and lets get started!

1. A regular A4 paper
2. Colorful Pens
3. Scissors

* This is what I used, but you can use smaller/larger paper and instead of pens you can use crayons, pencils or whatever you want!

Out of the rectangular paper we want to make a square.

• Take the bottom right corner and fold it to the left side.
• Now you have a rectangle at the top and a triangle.
• Fold the rectangular part at the top down and cut it.
• Open the triangle and Viola! You have a square!

You need to keep folding the paper in different directions so it'll be your "guide lines".

• Fold the square to make a triangle, but in the other direction.
• Open it back to the square.
• Now fold the square in half to make a rectangle (on both sides).
• After all these steps, you should have a square with horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines.

Just a little more..

• Pick a corner to start with and fold it into the middle.
• Continue with all 4 corners.
• Flip the square and do the same with all 4 corners on the other side.
• Yay we're done with creating the shape! Now we need to design

This is my favorite part! I'll show you the "classic" way, but feel free to be creative and change it up.

• On the inner part, at the top of each little triangle write a number. Start with 1 all the way up to 8.
• Flip it over.
• Now draw a circle on each square, each one with a different color.
• Put your hands in and open and close it.
• Now open each number, and behind it write the different answers. This is totally up to you! You can write funny fortunes that way your friends will be surprised :)

*You can add stickers, glitter, tape or whatever you want to make the design unique.

You may wonder what do I do with this? Well this is how I play:

• Ask your friend to pick a color.
• If for example they chose red, then open and close it 3 times (R-E-D) one for each letter.
• Then you'll see 4 different numbers. Ask them to choose one of the 4 displayed numbers.
• If for example they chose 6 then open and close it 6 times.
• Then you'll see 4 different numbers again. Ask them to choose one of the 4 displayed numbers.
• Read out the fortune it says behind the chosen number.
