Origami Dragon

I created an origami dragon

paper and it must be square

Create the preliminary fold by folding your square in half both ways and diagonally in both ways. Then push sides in to create the shape above.

fold each side inwards to the middle to create the kite fold.

bend the top part down and the sides inwards to create a crease for the next fold.

unfold what you just folded.

Petal fold one side

Do the same thing on the other side.

Pull each point at the top from the last picture apart until it's opened up. With the inside facing up take the point that's closest to you and fold it over to the left, then repeat on the top side. Then you should have a diamond-shaped figure and fold the right side to the crease and unfold. Then fold it to create the image above.

Unfold the figure so it looks like this

Fold each side in towards the the middle making the overall shape of the back a square. Fold one side underneath the triangle flap the middle.

flip it over

Petal fold each corner in order to form the legs

Fold it in half where the previous folds are inward.

Reverse-fold the tail

Petal fold the wings and bring them down

Reverse fold the neck for the head.
