Oreo Truffle Recipe
Easy 8-Step Oreo Truffle Recipe!
Supplies
Tools:
- Cutting board
- Parchment paper
- Blender
- 2 bowls
- Spoon
- Ziploc
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 1 (8oz) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 package (11oz) Ghirardelli Classic White Chips
Gather All Your Materials
First, gather all the materials needed to do this recipe. This includes all the tools and ingredients.
Make Oreo Crumbs
Get all the Oreos from the package and crush them to make Oreo crumbs. You can do this by putting them in the blender or crushing them by hand. After the crumbs are made, take them and put them in a bowl, preferably large. Save a little bit of Oreo crumbs for later by putting some in a Ziploc.
Mix With Cream Cheese
Place the entire package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8oz) inside the bowl along with the Oreo crumbs. Mix the cream cheese with the Oreo crumbs until it becomes a dough-like substance.
Create the Oreo Truffles
With your hands, make the mixture into small balls. Put the parchment sheet on the cutting board and place the Oreo truffles on it. Put them into the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Melt White Chips
While the Oreo truffles are in the fridge, melt the Ghirardelli Classic White Chips in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir the melted white chips until creamy.
Dip Oreo Truffles
Take out the Oreo truffles from the fridge and dip them into the melted white chips. You can use a spoon to help get the white chips all over your Oreo truffles. Now you can use the Oreo crumbs you saved and sprinkle them on top of each Oreo truffle.
Back in the Fridge
Place the Oreo truffles back into the fridge for about 45 minutes.
Enjoy!
Take the Oreo truffles out of the fridge and enjoy! If stored, keep in the fridge.
